How It Works

Your Crypto.Your Decisions.Your Fund.

Traditional funds put someone else between you and your investments.METF puts transparent smart contracts between your wallet and your personal fund.

The idea

A different way to own a crypto fund

Self-directed

You decide what goes into your fund and in what proportions. No manager makes those choices for you.

Wallet-controlled

Your wallet is the key.Only the owner wallet can operate the fund, and every action needs your signature.

Smart-contract execution

A dedicated smart contract holds the fund's crypto and carries out your instructions by fixed, published rules.

Ownership

How your fund works

Your Wallet

Holds the authority to operate your fund

signs instructions

Your Personal Fund Smart Contract

Holds deposited crypto and enforces the rules

swaps and settles

Apertum Blockchain & DEX

Records every transaction and provides liquidity

When you deposit, your tokens move out of your wallet and into your fund's dedicated smart contract. The contract holds them — not METF, and not your wallet.

Your wallet keeps the authority to operate the fund. You sign deposits and withdrawals; the contract checks you are the owner and applies its rules.

To buy or sell crypto, the contract trades on a decentralised exchange on the Apertum blockchain, where every step is recorded publicly.

Your role

You make the decisions

1

Select crypto

Choose 1–5 approved cryptocurrencies.

2

Set allocations

Split them to total exactly 100%.

3

Deposit

Fund it in wUSDC or wUSDT.

4

Monitor

Track holdings and value.

5

Withdraw

Take some or all out.

METF does not provide discretionary investment management, advice or automatic rebalancing. Your allocations change only when you act.

Rules, not promises

The smart contract is the rulebook

Owner permissions

Only the owner wallet can deposit, withdraw or operate the fund.

Transparent transactions

Every deposit, swap and withdrawal is publicly visible on-chain.

Fee enforcement

The 0.5% protocol fee is applied by the contract and sent to the treasury in the same transaction.

Verifiable activity

Anyone can check the record on Apertum Explorer — nothing relies on our word alone.

Taking money out

How withdrawals work

  1. 1

    Get a quote

Choose 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% or an amount.A fresh exchange quote shows your estimated proceeds.

  2. 2

    See fees and minimum received

The 0.5% fee and the minimum you'll accept (slippage protection) are shown before you sign.

  3. 3

    Liquidity and price checks

If selling would move prices too far or stray from an independent market price, the withdrawal is blocked and nothing changes.

  4. 4

    Confirm in your wallet

You sign.It completes only once confirmed on the blockchain — then funds arrive in your wallet.

Emergency in-kind withdrawal

If exchange liquidity is unavailable, the owner can withdraw the fund's underlying tokens directly, without swapping them.Only the owner wallet can do this.

Withdrawals depend on network conditions and liquidity and are never guaranteed.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who controls my fund?

Your wallet does.Only the owner wallet can deposit, withdraw or operate the fund, under the rules written into the smart contract.

Where is my crypto held?

Once deposited, your crypto is held by your dedicated fund smart contract on the Apertum blockchain — not in your wallet and not in a METF company account.

Can METF access my wallet?

No.Connecting your wallet only shares your public address.METF never asks for your private keys or recovery phrase, and every transaction needs your signature in your own wallet.

Can METF change my investments?

METF does not manage your fund.It does not choose crypto, change allocations or rebalance for you.Changes happen only when you sign them.

Can I see my transactions?

Yes.Deposits, swaps, fees and withdrawals are recorded on the Apertum blockchain. The Activity page links each one to Apertum Explorer.

Can I withdraw whenever I want?

You can request a withdrawal at any time from the owner wallet.Whether it completes depends on network conditions, available liquidity and the price-safety limits.Withdrawals are not guaranteed.

What happens if liquidity disappears?

If a swap can't be done within the price limits, the transaction is blocked and your fund stays unchanged. The owner can also use the emergency in-kind withdrawal to receive the underlying tokens directly, without swapping.

What are the risks?

Crypto prices can fall sharply.Smart contracts can contain bugs or be exploited.Exchange liquidity can be thin, and price sources can be wrong or delayed.Wallets can be lost or compromised. You could lose some or all of your money.Nothing is insured or guaranteed.

Is a METF an ETF?

No.A METF is a user-controlled, self-custodial crypto fund — not an exchange-traded fund, not a listed security, not regulated or approved by any regulator and not a managed investment product. It is software that lets you run your own personal fund through a smart contract.

METF is software, not financial advice.Smart contracts are not risk-free, and no returns, liquidity or withdrawals are guaranteed.
